Rocket Clicks is excited to announce that our very own Joshua DeGrasse-Baumann will take the stage May 16 for the next MKEsearch event.
We’ve all heard horror stories about websites that lost rankings after a redesign. Josh, a search optimization manager at Rocket Clicks, will discuss essential SEO issues to address during a redesign and explain how to remain in Google’s good graces throughout the process.
The presentation will cover the full range of SEO-related problem areas during a redesign, including:
- Documenting site structure ahead of launch
- Auditing the development environment
- Redirecting pages
- Catching crawl and indexation issues
- Following up with a post-launch audit
The presentation, “How to Successfully Redesign/Migrate Your Website Without Ruining SEO,” is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Ward4 in downtown Milwaukee.
Josh has worked in the SEO industry since 2014. Now a manager of the SEO department at Rocket Clicks, Josh is an expert on technical SEO matters and complex analytics tracking/configuration. When he’s not messing with .htaccess files or fiddling with JavaScript, Josh likes to walk his dog, Bailey.
