THE CHALLENGE

Levine Law came to Rocket Clicks with an SEO challenge in Milwaukee, WI.  Levine Law had an existing website with outdated design elements, slow loading times, and lacked SEO optimization, leading to stagnant growth. To address these issues, we implemented a complete website rebuild with a focus on modern design, speed improvements, and strategic SEO optimizations. Before implementing the website redesign the site faced the following issues:

  • Poor User Experience:
    • The outdated website design was not visually appealing or user-friendly, which led to high bounce rates.
    • The site lacked mobile responsiveness, making it difficult for users on smartphones or tablets to navigate.
  • Slow Loading Speeds:
    • Inefficient coding and unoptimized assets resulted in poor site speed, negatively affecting both user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Weak SEO Foundation:
    • The site lacked proper meta tags, optimized content, and structured data.
    • Targeted keywords were not effectively integrated, and the site structure was not optimized for crawling and indexing by search engines.

UNLOCKING BUSINESS GROWTH

Website Design Overhaul

Responsive Design: Redesigned the website with a mobile-first approach to ensure seamless functionality across all devices. Modern Aesthetic: Incorporated clean layouts, high-quality visuals, and intuitive navigation to improve the overall user experience. Engagement Elements: Added clear calls-to-action (CTAs), contact forms, and interactive features to drive user interactions.

Speed Optimization

Code Cleanup: Removed unnecessary code and optimized CSS, JavaScript, and HTML to streamline page loading. Image Compression: Optimized all images to reduce file sizes without compromising quality. Content Delivery Network (CDN): Integrated a CDN to deliver content faster to users based on their geographic location. Caching: Implemented browser caching to speed up page load times for returning visitors.

SEO Enhancements

Keyword Integration: Conducted keyword research and integrated target terms into meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content. Technical SEO Fixes: Added XML sitemaps and robots.txt for better crawlability. Improved internal linking to enhance site structure. Schema Markup: Added structured data to improve search engine understanding of the content.

THE IMPACT

The graph demonstrates a substantial and sustained increase in total clicks following the website rebuild. Key milestones include:

  • Pre-Rebuild Performance (July 2023 – January 2024): The site experienced consistently low and flat traffic levels, with minimal growth or engagement.
  • Post-Rebuild Performance (January 2024 – November 2024):
    • Organic clicks began to steadily increase after the rebuild efforts, with significant gains starting in February 2024.
    • By November 2024, total clicks reached 13.2K, indicating a dramatic rise in visibility and user engagement.
    • The 28-day rolling average for clicks increased by 506% from the start of the project to the site’s full launch and reindexing, illustrating the effectiveness of the implemented strategies.
