Everyone at Rocket Clicks is required to chase their PPF Goals (Personal, Professional, and Financial). We bring these into our 121 Coaching, Annual Performance, and Development Plan process. When we push each other we grow.

    We believe work-life balance is a myth. We believe an integrated life is attainable. We believe in pursuing the James A. Michener quote - “The master of the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind & his body, his education and his recreation, his love & his religion... To him, he is always doing both." We believe "work-life balance " is achieved by setting clear PPF Goals against your lifetime why and ruthlessly pursing those goals, which in the end is work.

    We believe if we are going to work hard we need to have fun doing it together. We will spend copious hours together. We laugh, we poke, we enjoy, we commiserate, we share, and we empathize. We love each other's uniqueness and cheer for our differences. We love each person's identity, but we also love that it does not define them. We appreciate people's experiences, but they are not excuses and we are not victims. We focus on unity, listening, and understanding. We embrace the paradox of not bowing to outside pressure while making space for those with passionate views. When we are here, we are Rocket Clicks.
